By submitting the following request for media access to FloydFest 2013, you agree to produce pre/post-festival features in the form of print or online coverage. Failure to do so will result in reconsideration of media access at Across-the-Way productions, Inc. events including but not limited to FloydFest. Pre-fest coverage should be submitted to mandy@darbycommunications.com by July 20th , 2013 and post-fest coverage should be submitted to mandy@darbycommunications.com by September 30th unless otherwise discussed due to later publish dates.
Photographers agree to the following release form and must submit a signed portion to mandy@darbycommunications.com by July 15th.
