Vendors

At FloydFest, we take our Shopping Scene seriously! Whether it’s our acclaimed line-up of delicious and nutritious food vendors, or our juried selection of over 50 jewelers, potters, clothiers, (mad) hatters, shoemakers, painters, photographers, candle makers and more… the Vendor Village at FloydFest is above and beyond what you’ll find at any other event!

All artists, retail, non-profit, service and Food vendors are welcome to apply. Available vendor spaces will be limited to create diversity and provide a successful market for vendors. 2013 vendor prices have increased in correlation with a 30% reduction in booth spaces. This is reflective of our desire to offer our patrons a diverse selection of the highest quality hand-crafted products, while maintaining a vendor-to-audience ratio ideal for both sales and our limited space issues. Vendors must be present at Festival. No unauthorized vending allowed.

All applications are subject to a jury process; FloydFest reserves the right to deny any application without explanation. Each year we see an increase in both the quantity and quality of applications we receive. The application process is highly competitive. In the juried selection process the following is taken into consideration, roughly in order:

  • Uniqueness, creativity and quality of products
  • Handmade, local and sustainable Artisan Products
  • Previously successful and cooperative booth space at FloydFest
  • Local and Community Residence
  • Participation in other Across-the-Way Productions events

There are many changes this year—please read the Vendor Guidelines carefully before applying!

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2013 season. See you in July!
