Tickets FAQ


I’ve purchased a ticket, but it hasn’t been sent to my email?

The email was sent from tickets@extremetix.com with a subject line of “e ticket purchase confirmation-Floydfest” immediately after purchase.  If you are using a web-based email (i.e. gmail, aol…) there is a chance that it was redirected to your SPAM folder.   Please check there and if you still have issues contact Extreme Tix at 1-888-695-0888.  If your issue is still unresolved call our office directly at 1-888-VA-FESTS we’d be more than happy to help!

When does the box office open?

The box office opens on Wednesday, July 23rd at 9 AM for HighRollers and at noon for 5-day ticket-holders and remains open through Sunday (though it does close overnight from midnight to 9 AM)  Your arrival depends on the ticket type purchased; please consult your ticket for details.

Do I need to print out a ticket?

YES!  To ensure that your check-in is easy breezy, please bring your printed ticket with you (cell service is not always reliable).  If you are a Vendor, Artist, Media or a Partner, please check with your Festival Contact on general check-in procedures.

Is there camping onsite?

Yes for 5-day, 4-day, 3-day, and HighRollers, but all tents onsite require a pre-purchased Tent Tag.  For more information on Tent Tags: CLICK HERE.

Where do I park?

All patrons except those who have purchased an offsite Delta Lot (RV’s) or Bravo Lot (vehicle park-and-camp) tickets, will park and receive wristbands in ALPHA LOT.  There will be a CASH only fee assessed ($25 for multi-day ticket holders & $15 for single day ticket holders) when you arrive at ALPHA LOT. Will you search my cooler/bags?

Yes, all baggage and coolers entering the FF site are subject to search. There is no outside alcohol, no drugs, no glass, and no weapons allowed into the festival site. If you have medical equipment (such as insulin supplies), please inform the security personnel searching your cooler.

Is there a will call?

No, all patron tickets are issued in advance. If you are a Vendor, Artist, Media or a Partner, please check with your festival contact on more specific check-in procedures.

Can I drive onto the festival site and drop off/pick up my gear?

No, the single lane gravel road leading into the festival site is congested and reserved for shuttle buses and onsite parking pass holders only. For more information on shuttles and gear, CLICK HERE.

When do I have to leave?

The Revolution must end sometime, but not as soon as you thought…  *New for 2014* All 5, 4 and 3-day “staycation” ticket purchasers are invited to stay over Sunday night. Everyone must exit the site by noon on Monday, July 28th.

How do I transfer a ticket?

The first step would be to access your ticket; there is a choice to transfer when entering the print screen. If you would prefer someone walking you through the process please contact Extreme Tix at 1-888-695-0888.  Please note that once gates open the ticket is no longer transferable.

Are tickets refundable?

No, but they can be transferred. To transfer you ticket, call Extreme Tix @ 1-888-695-0888.
