`When do gates open for General Admission ticket-holders?`

Gates are open 9am to midnight Thursday-Saturday, and from 9am to 6pm on Sunday.

`Is camping included with a General Admission ticket?`

Yes, onsite camping is included in the price of tickets, and is available to anyone with consecutive multiple-day passes. Visit our Camping FAQ page for more details.

`Where do I park?`

All General Admission Ticket-holders will park and received wristbands in ALPHA LOT, unless an onsite parking pass has been purchased. Shuttle buses will bring patrons to the site and run from 9 AM to 2 AM daily. (More info in Parking FAQs.)

`Will you search my cooler?`

YES – we will search your cooler. There is no outside alcohol and no glass allowed into the festival site. If you have medical equipment (such as insulin supplies), please inform the security personnel searching your cooler.

`I was told my ticket will be waiting for me at Will Call – where do I go, and what do I need to bring with me?`

All Patron tickets are issued in advance, there is NO will call at FloydFest! To ensure that your check-in is easy breezy, please bring your printed ticket with you (cell service is not always reliable). If you have questions about this please CONTACT US. If you are a Vendor, Artist, Media or a Partner, please check with your Festival Contact on general check-in procedures for your group.

`Can I drive onto the festival site and drop off/pick up my gear?`

No, the single lane gravel road leading into the festival site is congested and reserved for shuttle busses and onsite parking pass holders only.

`When do I have to leave?`

All good things must come to an end. FloydFest ends at 7pm on Sunday, and the last shuttle leaves at 9pm- don’t miss it!

`Where do I go if dropping someone off at the festival?`

Please drop people off at the ALPHA Lot this is where the check-in has moved to this year. Your ticket will be scanned and your wristband will be issued to you at this lot. Then you can get a shuttle bus to the festival. Remember there is NO box office on site. You will be sent back to the ALPHA Lot.

`Are tickets refundable?`

No, but they can be transferred. Please note that once your ticket has been scanned and wristband received, the ticket is no longer transferable.
