| This is the only ticket that guarantees your place at FloydFest from start to finish- from the intimate feel of Thursday through a blowout weekend of music into the special mountain magic of our Bluegrass-themed Sundays. | Gates open to Sunday single day purchasers at 9am. All Sunday ticket holders park at the Black Ridge parking lot. Parking is $15 and it all goes to local charities. Shuttles run to the festival site from 9am to 9pm on Sunday. | Kids have it made at FloydFest! Once inside, the entire, centrally-located ‘Children’s Universe’ is available to them, and nearly all of our geared-for-kids activities, including workshops, performances, play equipment, etc., is free. | ||

Why can’t I purchase a single day ticket for another day?
Quite simply, supply and demand; we reserve our Thursday-Saturday tickets for those who have committed to the full FloydFest eXperience! That said, we have loaded Sunday this year with a thick, full roster of amazing performers. Even if you can only come one day; Sunday will be a day to remember!
I was told my ticket will be waiting for me at the Will Call – where do I go, and what do I need to bring with me?
All Patron tickets are issued in advance, there is NO will call at FloydFest. Please be prepared to bring your ticket with you, even if you are a guest at the festival – all tickets are issued in advance! If you have questions about this please CONTACT US.
If you are a Vendor, Artist, Media or a Sponsor, please check with your Festival Contact on general check-in procedures for your group.
When can I arrive?
Gates open to 4-day GA purchasers at 9am on Thursday. Gates open to 3-day GA purchasers at 9am on Friday, 2-day purchasers at 9am on Saturday, and Sunday single day purchasers at 9am Sunday.
Where do I park?
- ON-SITE PARKING PASS holders:
If you have purchased an ON-SITE Parking Pass in addition to your General Admission ticket, you may park on-site. For more information about on-site parking, CLICK HERE. - OFF-SITE PARK and CAMP Ticket holders:
If you have purchased an OFF-SITE Park and Camp ticket in addition to your General Admission ticket, you may park in the Off-site park and camp lot (and ride the shuttles) – for more information CLICK HERE. - ALL OTHERS:
All other General Admission ticket purchasers have to park at our main off-site parking on Black Ridge Road. The parking fee is $15. 100% of proceeds go to local charities.The parking area opens up at 9am on Thursday. Directions to Black Ridge Road Parking Lot may be found HERE.
I do not have on-site parking ticket, how do I get to the festival site?
We have shuttle buses that go back and forth the 1m distance to the site, from 9am to 2am daily.
Where do I camp?
If you have purchased a multi-day ticket, you may camp on site. Camping on-site is included in all multiple-day festival passes. Once you arrive on site, you can camp anywhere in the designated camping areas, which include quiet, and not-so-quiet camping. For more information check out our CAMPING Page.
What about all my gear?
Our FloydFest shuttles are equipped with trailers for your gear and helpful, friendly drivers from the Wilkesboro, NC Boy Scout Troop, to help you with this. Once on-site, we have several tractor wagons that will help you get settled in a camping area.
Can I drive onto the festival site and drop my gear first?
No! Absolutely not! (sorry!).
When do I have to leave?
All good things must come to an end. FloydFest ends at 7pm on Sunday, and the last shuttle leaves at 9pm- don’t miss it!
Will you search my cooler?
YES – we will search your cooler. There is not outside alcohol and no glass allowed into the festival site. If you have medical equipment (such as insulin supplies), please inform the security personnel searching your cooler.
