OFF SITE PARKING AREAS open for 5-day Staycationers as early as noon on Wednesday, July 23rd, 4-day staycationers at 9am Thursday, and 3-day commuter ticketholders beginning Friday at 9am. Alpha lot is open until 2am daily. Note: There is a minimal fee for offsite parking, charged upon arrival. Directions and lot-related specifics will be available later in the year. All ticketholders will receive an advance email with reminders and directions in the month of July.
If you have a disability requiring close-proximity parking, an ADA parking pass must be purchased in advance. This parking pass is good for car, passenger and small van only, and available only with a pre-purchased ticket. FloydFest offers a limited amount of discounted onsite parking passes to our attendees with disabilities, as well as on onsite support team to assist you in navigating the grounds. Please note, the vehicle you arrive in must have either official state-registered handicapped plates or a transferrable hang-tag matching the name of someone in the vehicle. Event site opens to ADA parking pass holders on the day/time their admission ticket states.
To reserve a Motorcycle parking spot ONSITE, this pre-purchased Motorcycle parking pass is required. If space is available, motorcycle parking passes will be available for purchase at the gate.
OFFSITE PARK-AND-CAMP OPTIONS
Located just minutes from our festival site. Bravo Lot is a lovely, flat, partially wooded acreage where you can set up camp. There will be a potable water tank for cooking, tooth brushing, etc. Showers and porto’ johns will also be available to park-and-campers. Bottled drinking water, ice, and much more will be available for sale at the Bravo/Delta Lot Camp Store. Unfortunately because of the likelihood of burn bans, we don’t allow campfires (charcoal and propane cook stoves are OK). That said… there will be a centrally located community bonfire!
The ‘Delta Lot,’ a 10-minute shuttle ride from the event site, is a lovely, flat, partially wooded acreage where you can set up a comparatively sprawling camp within 20’x40’ marked spaces. Our powered RV spaces allot for one 20-amp GFI receptacle per purchaser. (Note: If your RV is equipped with anything other than a standard plug-in you will need to bring an adapter.) The Delta Lot is ‘satellite central’ – a hub of offsite camping community, complete with fire circle, impromptu musical jams, and camp host Mike Helms- who will one day have his face on a T-shirt :)
The Delta Lot ‘Unplugged’ option offers all the same amenities as the plugged version, sans electricity with a space size of 20’x30’. All Delta lot purchasers are invited to arrive as early as 9am Wednesday, and enjoy a couple of relaxing days in our beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. (Note: Delta lot opens at 9 am on Wednesday for set-up convenience, shuttles will only run and the box office will only process 5-day ticket-holders on that day.)
